這是一家專注於AI 基礎建設的國際新創團隊，致力於打造高效能 GPU 算力平台與大型資料中心解決方案。團隊結合矽谷技術背景與亞洲硬體產業資源，已與多家指標性科技製造與雲端生態系夥伴合作，快速拓展全球市場。
公司目前正處於高速成長階段，聚焦於 AI、HPC 與雲端運算等高潛力領域，並持續投入前沿技術研發與基礎設施優化。這不只是單一產品的開發機會，而是參與下一代算力平台與全球 AI 生態系建立的關鍵角色。
在這裡，你將有機會直接與國際團隊合作，參與跨區決策與策略執行，並在組織仍具高度彈性的階段，實際影響團隊文化與技術方向。
工作內容
- 帶領台灣devops/system 工程團隊（約4人），負責日常管理與組織運作
- 建立團隊目標與績效機制（包含1-on-1、成員發展規劃）
- 協助跨部門溝通，串聯工程、產品與海外團隊
- 支援企業客戶的關鍵專案推進與系統上線，推動溝通順暢與確保穩定交付
- 作為台灣團隊與海外管理層之間的橋樑，提升整體協作效率
- 協助建立團隊文化與工程流程，提升組織成熟度
使用的技術 / 領域
- AI Infrastructure / GPU Computing
- Cloud Platform / Distributed Systems
- Kubernetes / Container / DevOps
- 高效能運算（HPC）與資料中心架構
Requirements
需求條件
- 5年以上軟體或基礎架構相關經驗，具備團隊管理或技術領導經驗
- 熟悉 DevOps、Cloud、System 或 AI Infrastructure 領域之一
- 具備良好的溝通與協調能力，能推動跨部門合作
- 能適應快速變動與高成長環境，具備高度責任感與執行力
- 可配合專案需求彈性工時（如系統上線時段與配合晚上與美國開會）
- 具備英文基本溝通能力（需與海外團隊協作）
加分條件
- 曾任職於外商或跨國團隊環境
- 具備 GPU / AI / Cloud 相關產業經驗
- 有從0到1建立團隊或流程經驗
