

This Chief of Staff (CoS) role is explicitly operator-heavy. It exists to drive execution, impose operating discipline, and close the gap between strategy and reality. The Chief of Staff acts as a force multiplier for the CEO by owning cross-functional initiatives, fixing broken processes, and ensuring that priorities set by leadership are delivered on time and at quality.
This is not an administrative role and not a pure strategy or advisory position. The successful candidate is hands-on, comfortable stepping into ambiguity, and willing to personally own delivery when execution stalls.
