- 協助及建議用人單位主管之招募需求和制定招募策略
- 定期維護、優化及開發相關招募管道
- 規劃及執行各項招募專案計畫 (e.g.實習計畫、產學合作、就業博覽會、外籍聘僱、EOR名義雇主..等)
- 負責End to End的招募流程及週期(e.g. 錄取、核薪、報到)
- 雇主品牌維護及優化
- 熟悉各種招募管道 (e.g. 平台刊登/校園徵才/獵頭服務/派遣服務..等

- 出色的溝通、協調與談判技巧，具備跨部門與跨文化團隊領導能力
