Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Forecasting
o Build dynamic, assumption-driven financial models (3-statement P&L, Balance
Sheet, Cash Flow).
o Design scalable monthly/quarterly projections with scenario toggles
(base/bull/bear).
o Develop sensitivity analyses, KPI dashboards, and audit checks for accuracy.
Pricing & Business Case Development
o Construct detailed pricing models for GPU-as-a-Service, software licensing, and
Neo-Cloud deployments.
o Analyze competitive pricing, unit economics, and margin sensitivity.
o Support commercial teams with customer ROI and payback models.
Equity & Investment Analysis
o Model IRR, MOIC, and DCF analyses for internal investments and external
fundraising.
o Prepare equity return waterfalls, cap table analysis, and dilution modeling.
o Support 409A valuations, investor term sheet reviews, and scenario planning.
Strategic Support
o Translate financial outputs into clear, investor-ready presentations.
o Work directly with CFO and leadership to support fundraising, board materials,
and investor discussions.
o Partner with operations and sales teams to integrate business drivers into models.
Requirements
Technical Skills
o Advanced proficiency in Excel (dynamic formulas, scenario modeling,
VBA/macros a plus).
o Strong grasp of corporate finance concepts (IRR, DCF, equity waterfalls,
depreciation schedules, etc.).
o Ability to design clean, auditable models from scratch.
Experience
o 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or
corporate finance.
o Exposure to technology, data center, semiconductor, or infrastructure sectors is
strongly preferred.
o Experience in fundraising support and working with institutional investors a plus.
Personal Attributes
o Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset — thrives in an unstructured, fast-growth
environment.
o Excellent attention to detail; relentless about accuracy and logic.
o Strong communication skills — able to simplify complex models into clear
insights.
o Bilingual (English + Mandarin) preferred but not required.
