目前我們正協助一家 專注於 AI 與影音科技的成長型新創公司，尋找一位具備數據思維與實戰能力的 廣告投手
這個角色將直接參與品牌與產品的成長曲線，適合喜歡 動手優化、用數據解決問題、並對新工具保持高度好奇 的行銷人才！
🎯 角色定位
✔ 主導主流數位媒體的廣告投放與優化
✔ 以數據驅動成效成長，突破轉換瓶頸
✔ 將 MarTech 與自動化工具實際導入行銷流程
✔ 在 AI 新創環境中，快速累積影響力與成長經驗
主要工作內容
📣全渠道廣告策略與投放
・負責 Google Ads、Meta Ads 等主流廣告平台的投放策略與執行。
・進行預算配置與成效監控，透過 A/B Testing 持續優化轉換率與 ROI。
・針對不同產品或目標受眾，設計差異化投放策略。
📊 數據分析與成效洞察
・運用 GA4、數據分析工具追蹤核心 KPI。
・從數據中找出成長瓶頸，並提出具體、可執行的優化建議。
・將投放結果轉化為商業洞察，支持產品與行銷決策。
🔍 行銷科技與創新應用
・持續關注 MarTech、廣告平台與自動化工具的新趨勢。
・主動嘗試並導入新工具、新方法，提升投放效率與規模化能力。
・協助團隊探索 AI 與行銷結合的更多可能性。
🤝 專案管理與跨部門協作
・掌控廣告與行銷專案進度與品質。
・與內部技術、產品團隊，以及外部合作夥伴密切合作。
・確保行銷成果能實際對齊商業目標。
Requirements
✨ 我們在找這樣的你
✔ 2 年以上數位行銷或廣告投放實戰經驗
✔ 曾操作中大型廣告帳戶，熟悉 Google Ads、Meta Ads 核心邏輯
✔ 熟練使用 GA4、Mixpanel 等分析工具，能從數據中發現問題
✔ 對 MarTech、行銷自動化與新工具具高度好奇心
✔ 具備良好邏輯思考能力，能在快速變動的環境中找到解法
✔ 跨部門溝通能力佳，能在壓力下維持清楚執行力
✔ 具高度主動性與內驅力，能在模糊情境中自我推進
