About the Team
這是一個由亞洲大型上市企業集團支持的 AI 新創團隊，致力於將生成式 AI 與企業場景結合，打造下一代智慧化產品。團隊目前正處於快速成長階段，兼具新創的敏捷文化與集團資源優勢。

【Responsibilities】
Engineering Leadership
- 建立並帶領工程團隊，制定技術方向與開發流程。
- 負責既有平台的技術承接、架構優化與長期維運。
- 建立團隊開發規範、Code Review 機制與工程文化。
System Architecture & Product Delivery
- 主導產品技術選型、系統架構設計與 AI Workflow 規劃。
- 規劃具擴展性與高可用性的前後端架構，支援產品快速迭代與商業成長。 負
- 責 AI 模型整合、多服務協作及企業系統串接。
Security & Governance
- 建立平台資安與權限管理機制，推動相關合規流程與最佳實務。
- 規劃資料隔離、系統安全與風險控管架構。
Cross-functional Collaboration
- 與 Product、Business 及外部合作夥伴密切協作，將商業需求轉化為可落地的技術方案。
- 作為技術與商業之間的重要橋樑，協助團隊做出關鍵技術決策。
Requirements
Experience & Leadership
- 具工程團隊管理經驗，曾帶領小型團隊完成產品交付或平台建置。
- 能適應高速變動的新創環境，具備高度 ownership 與執行力。
- 願意親自投入技術細節，兼具策略思維與 hands-on 能力。
Technical Expertise
- 熟悉現代 Web 技術，如 Next.js、React、TypeScript。
- 熟悉 Python 生態系，具備 AI 服務整合或雲端架構經驗。
- 理解 Serverless、API Integration、AI Workflow 或 Agent-based 系統設計。
- 具備技術選型、架構設計與系統演進經驗。
- 熟悉企業系統整合情境（ERP、內部系統串接等）尤佳。
Communication & Culture Fit
- 良好的英文閱讀與書寫能力，能閱讀技術文件並與國際技術生態接軌。
- 具備良好的跨部門溝通能力與商業理解能力。
- 認同從 0→1 建立產品與團隊的挑戰，對未來成為技術領導者具有企圖心。
