工作內容：
- 負責技術決策，帶領團隊建設並維護高度可擴展的平台，確保技術解決方案與業務目標和預算需求一致。
- 監督研發團隊，確保功能和效率。
- 制定技術規格，並向合作夥伴和投資者傳達技術策略。
- 確保產品穩定性、可靠性、安全性和質量。
- 提供架構規劃和技術指導，符合公司軟件平台開發要求。
- 制定並實施技術開發和部署計劃，以滿足公司的業務需求。
- 掌握新技術，及時引入並保持產品的技術領先地位（如AI/數據/算法/Android/雲端/網絡）。
- 監控研發資源的使用，確保公司資源的有效利用
- 領導20名以上工程師的研發團隊，開發AI相關產品，並與產品經理、業務部門及高層密切合作，達成公司目標。
Requirements
需求條件：
- 計算機科學或相關技術領域的學士/碩士學位。
- 3+年AI、影像處理、SaaS或雲端技術的工作經驗。
- 5+年研發、項目和產品管理經驗，並帶領15-20人的團隊。
- 熟悉技術和新業務趨勢，能夠制定戰略。
- 理解預算和業務規劃。
加分條件：
- 有30-50人初創公司經驗。
- 中文和英文流利。
