• Analyze customer-specific software requirements
• Customer-side software issue support
• Use issue tracking tools for software issue reporting
• Collaborate with product specialists, hardware, and process engineers to verify software internal handling
• Machine debugging

Education

1. Bachelor's degree in Automation, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering

Work Experience

1. Minimum of 1 year of broad experience in software design and implementation using C++ in Windows or Linux environments
2. Experience in developing multitasking applications
3. Knowledge of software processes, quality assurance, version control, and testing methodologies
4. Understanding of the semiconductor backend industry
5. Familiarity with mechanical systems, electronics, or semiconductor packaging processes is advantageous

Expertise and Methodology

1. Proficient in C++ programming within a Linux environment
2. Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
3. Hands-on experience in laboratory settings with machinery and measurement technology
4. Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a systematic approach
