Job Description
這是一家專注於幫助創作者與企業推廣創新產品及服務的線上平台公司，平台規模正在擴展，致力於透過科技連結全球用戶，為創意專案提供支持。
工作型態
Hybrid(混合遠端)， 一週進辦公室開會1天即可，彈性上下班時間。

Responsibilities
- 規劃並實作系統架構、商業邏輯與資料庫設計，開發與優化網站功能。建置後端服務串接，依據設計實作前端。參與技術規劃並提出建議。
Requirements
- 5 年以上後端開發經驗，熟悉 Ruby、Go 等語言及 Rails 生態圈。
- 熟悉 RDBMS (如 PostgreSQL、MySQL) 和 RESTful API 設計。
- 具系統架構經驗，熟悉 Git，能撰寫易維護程式與單元測試。
- 具高度責任感，能獨立解決問題。
加分條件
- 具 AWS/GCP 經驗，或網站效能優化與資安經驗。
- 熟悉 CI/CD、DevOps，有電商或大型專案經驗。
文化與價值觀
- 享受新創挑戰，全遠端工作需自律，具正向溝通能力。
