🚀 Business Analyst｜大型金融業數位轉型專案
你是否想參與企業級系統現代化（Enterprise Modernization），而不只是日常維運或產品功能開發？
我們正在協助一家全球知名 IT 顧問公司招募 Business Analyst，加入大型金融產業數位轉型專案。你將深入參與企業核心系統升級，成為 Business 與 Technology 之間的重要橋樑，推動大型系統遷移與現代化。
💼 你將負責
- 與 Business User 訪談，了解現行作業流程、需求及痛點
- 分析現有系統（As-Is），協助規劃未來流程（To-Be）
- 撰寫需求文件、功能規格及流程文件，將商業需求轉化為可執行的系統需求
- 與 Solution Architect、Developer、QA 等跨功能團隊合作，確認需求符合系統設計及技術架構
- 協助需求釐清、測試驗證（SIT/UAT）及需求追蹤，確保系統成功交付
- 參與大型企業系統、應用程式及資料遷移（Migration）專案
🌟 我們希望你具備
✔ Business Analyst／System Analyst／IT BA 相關經驗
✔ 熟悉 Requirement Gathering、Business Analysis、Workflow Design
✔ 具備跨部門溝通能力，能有效與 Business、Developer 及 Technical Team 協作
✔ 曾參與 Enterprise System、ERP、金融、保險或大型企業系統專案
✔ 具備 Testing、UAT 或 System Integration 經驗更加分
