【Typical Accountabilities】

1. Manage development activities across mobile platforms, ensuring effective communication with FW, QA, framework, and support teams.

2. Experience with both iOS and Android platforms is required, with the ability to lead both sides of R&D.

3. Design technical roadmaps by evaluating software and hardware requirements, aiming for innovation and a stellar customer experience.

4. Tasks breakdown with the mobile team, framework lead, and PM to design solutions and create project roadmaps.

5. Responsible for organizational design, hiring, and performance reviews within the mobile development teams.

6. Grow other engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and over-the-shoulder debugging.

7. Empower your team by instilling a problem-solving mindset, focusing on possibilities.

【Essential】

1. Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, information technology, or similar.

2. 2 years of experience in software development life cycle and team management.

3. 2+ years of experience architecting and designing (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) new and current systems.

4. 5+ years experience working in object-oriented programming languages such as Kotlin and Java. Knowledge of Swift, Objective-C, and C++ a plus.

5. Ability to mentor software developers, as well as to collaborate with all stakeholders.

6. Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions.

【Desirable】

1. Great passion for the guitar music industry is a plus.

2. Ability to keep up with software industry trends and innovation.
