Supply Chain Specialist - Leading Japanese Semiconductor ASIC Company - CWH
Job Description
1. Assist in evaluating the feasibility of the customer's requested production flow and delivery schedules.
2. Support ES and CS in output scheduling and daily production monitoring, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company and customer targets.
3. Analyze customer forecasts to identify potential risks to supply feasibility.
4. Collect customer requests and quickly evaluate any changes for incorporation into the shipping plan.
5. Review material liabilities and take steps to minimize financial impact.
6. Monitor daily WIP movements through Bump, CP, Assy, and FT, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shipping targets.
Requirements
1. A minimum of 2 years of account planning experience in the semiconductor industry.
2. Experience with relevant ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle).
3. Background in production/NPI with strong negotiation skills.
4. Proficient in computer applications, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in written and spoken English (minimum TOEIC score of 800).
6. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
