Key Responsibilities

規劃產品前端及後台功能：從需求分析、資料架構、wireframe、flow chart 等設計，協同產品設計師產出 UI flow、prototype、mockup，並撰寫開發需求文件 spec。
根據公司策略方向，制定產品開發計畫，確定優先順序和階段目標。
與設計師、工程師及其他部門合作，確保產品功能滿足客戶需求。
了解客戶在 CRM 和 CDP 資料整合方面的需求並提供解決方案。
利用數據驅動和用戶中心的方法，持續迭代產品。
負責產品的使用者體驗和介面設計，確保界面簡潔、直觀。

Requirements

Must have

擁有 5 年以上的 B2B 軟體產品開發經驗。
熟悉 Agile/Scrum 等產品開發管理方法。
具備良好的中英文書面和口語溝通能力，能清晰表達想法。
對 CRM 和 CDP 或其他企業系統有整合經驗。
具備領導和團隊合作能力，能協調跨部門資源。
具備市場研究和競品分析能力，能根據數據做出策略性決策。
具備客戶關係管理能力，理解並滿足 B2B 客戶的特定需求，規劃可行的解決方案或開發計畫。

Nice to have

具備技術背景或深入技術知識，以支援產品整合和開發。
熟悉 Facebook、Instagram、LINE、WhatsApp 等社交平台的 API 和功能。
有 MarTech、Chatbot、零售、電子商務產品開發經驗。
有 ChatGPT 等相關 AI 應用經驗。
有團隊整合第三方服務或與技術合作夥伴進行技術整合的經驗。
有數據分析經驗，熟悉 Mixpanel、Amplitude、Google Analytics。
