我們正協助一家 快速成長中的連鎖寵物醫療體系，尋找一位能從策略到執行、全面負責營運成果的 營運總監
此角色將負責整體事業體的經營績效，涵蓋 醫院營運、醫療服務品質、團隊管理、財務表現與擴張策略，是組織中極為關鍵的核心主管職，對業績、服務品質與長期發展具高度影響力。
🎯 角色使命
✔ 全面負責事業體營運與經營成果
✔ 建立可複製、可擴張的連鎖醫療營運模式
✔ 平衡醫療專業、服務體驗與商業效率
✔ 帶領跨專業團隊，推動組織穩健成長
核心工作職責
🧭 事業體策略與整體經營
・制定事業體中長期發展策略與年度營運計畫。
・對營收、成本、獲利與服務量能等關鍵指標負最終責任。
・依據市場與產業趨勢，規劃成長與擴張路徑。
🏥 連鎖醫院營運管理
・監督旗下各據點的日常營運與服務品質。
・建立並優化營運流程、服務 SOP 與管理制度。
・確保醫療服務品質、客戶體驗與營運效率之平衡。
👥 團隊領導與組織管理
・帶領跨專業團隊（院長／獸醫／護理／營運管理人員等）。
・建立清楚的組織分工、績效制度與管理流程。
・培育關鍵人才，打造穩定且具向心力的管理團隊。
📊 財務與績效管理
・負責事業體預算規劃、成本控管與財務績效追蹤。
・透過數據分析，持續優化營運效率與獲利結構。
・定期向高階管理層回報營運成果與改善建議。
🚀 成長與擴張規劃
・評估新據點開設、併購或合作的可行性。
・參與新院所籌備、開幕與營運導入。
・建立標準化管理模式，支援組織規模化發展。
🤝 跨部門與利害關係人協作
・與醫療專業團隊、後勤、行銷、人資、財務等部門密切合作。
・維持與外部合作夥伴、供應商及重要利害關係人的良好關係。
・在專業與商業之間扮演協調與決策角色。
Requirements
✨ 理想條件
✔ 具備事業體／營運單位整體管理經驗
✔ 曾負責多據點 或 連鎖型組織之營運管理
✔ 具醫療、健康照護、服務業 或 連鎖產業背景尤佳
✔ 具備良好的財務概念與數據分析能力
✔ 擅長跨部門溝通，能在專業與商業間取得平衡
✔ 具備領導力、決策力與高度責任感
✔ 能在快速成長與變動的環境中穩定推進組織發展
