本職缺是專門為「追求組織影響力與格局提升」的中高階技術管理者所設立的黃金席位。作為集團的 Master AI Lead，您將直接向全球 IT/AI 總負責人（Head）匯報，享有來自最高管理層的絕對信任與豐沛資源支持。您將不僅僅是帶領現有 20 人並即將擴編至 70 人的全球 AI 核心團隊，更是整個集團 AI 文化與能力建設的「總設計師」。這是一份能讓您跳脫單一專案、站在集團戰略高度俯瞰全球科技落地、親手塑造跨國技術版圖的卓越機會。
🎯 工作內容
您將從「團隊與組織的成功」出發，統籌並帶領集團全面邁向 AI 驅動的全新世代：
- 頂層戰略與人才培育： 統籌並主導集團跨部門的 AI 訓練計畫 (Master AI Training Program)，為全球跨國事業體規劃年度 AI 技能發展藍圖與人才梯隊。
- 技術資源與生態整合： 整合並協調 AI、數位孿生（Digital Twin）、Agent AI 等跨領域之核心技術資源，推動跨部門技術應用與落地。
- 最佳實務與 SOP 制定： 負責在集團內部建立 AI 開發的最佳實務標準、技術知識庫及標準作業流程（SOP），建立技術與治理機制。
- 專案治理與 ROI 把關： 建立健全的 AI 技術發展指標，定期檢視專案成果與投資效益（ROI），向決策高層匯報。
🛠 使用的技術與管理框架
- PyTorch、TensorFlow 等主流 AI/ML 框架
- MLOps 機器學習運維架構、模型部署與 AI 專案管理流程
- NVIDIA AI 生態系（Omniverse、Metropolis、NIM 等技術版圖）
- 大型專案管理框架 (PMP / Scrum Master / Agile)
Requirements
- 必備條件：
- 10 年以上 AI／ML 相關領域工作經驗，且具備 3 年以上技術團隊管理經驗。
- 具備 PyTorch、TensorFlow 等主流 AI Framework 的實務經驗，熟悉 MLOps 與模型部署流程。
- 具備極強的跨部門溝通、專案推動與高階管理能力，具備優秀的中英文商務溝通實力。
- 熟悉 NVIDIA AI 生態系（Omniverse、Metropolis、NIM 等）或具備製造業 AI 導入實戰經驗。
- 加分條件：
- 曾帶領過 20 人以上大型技術研發團隊者強烈優先。
- 具備 PMP、Scrum Master 或相關專案管理認證者尤佳。
