✅ 深度參與加密金融核心產品：直接負責永續合約、跟單交易等核心加密金融衍生性商品的產品開發，具高度影響力。

職位職責
🔹 產品策略與藍圖制定：收集使用者需求、競品動態與市場趨勢，協助技術負責人制定清晰的產品發展藍圖。
🔹 需求管理與文件撰寫：根據產品藍圖，釐清與制定研發需求，撰寫產品文件，並設計產品流程、介面與原型。
🔹 專案協調與進度管理：協調研發與測試團隊，追蹤產品開發、測試、版本管理、審核發布與上線等工作，並對研發需求進行規範管理。
🔹 產品優化與用戶回饋分析：持續收集與分析現有產品的使用者回饋，進行功能與流程優化，確保產品持續迭代進化。
🔹 文件維護：即時維護與更新所有產品相關文件。
職位要求
✔ 具備 近期(三年內)在加密金融衍生性商品領域的實戰經驗，必須包含以下兩者：
- 交易類產品（如永續合約、期貨、選擇權等）的第一線實戰經驗。
- 跟單交易產品（Copy Trading）的第一線實戰經驗。
✔ 資訊工程相關專業，大學以上學歷。
✔ 具備良好的專案管理能力，能善用 Office、Axure、Visio、XMind 等工具。
✔ 執行力強，具備優秀的溝通、協調能力與團隊合作精神。
✔ 出色的表達、文件撰寫能力和產品原型展現能力。
✔ 具備使用 API 的基礎能力。
✔ 具備支付相關經驗額外加分條件。
