｜工作內容｜
-
主導大型平台後端系統架構設計、整合策略、資料結構規劃
-
推動系統建設、升級與擴充，並提升服務穩定性與效能
-
參與需求分析，負責系統開發、部署、維運全流程
-
建立工程流程、SOP、監控與事件管理機制
-
帶領工程團隊，負責 code review、技術決策、人才培育
-
擔任團隊核心問題解決者，處理跨系統整合與技術挑戰
-
推動 CI/CD、自動化流程與架構優化
-
與 PM／產品／跨部門合作，提供技術觀點並影響產品方向
｜使用技術｜
-
C# / .NET（ASP.NET MVC、.NET Core）
-
MS SQL Server、資料建模、查詢效能調校
-
HTML、CSS、JavaScript、jQuery、React、Angular
-
雲端：AWS / GCP（EC2、RDS、S3、Lambda、CloudWatch…）
-
CI/CD、自動化部署、監控架構
Requirements
｜需求條件｜
必備
-
5 年以上後端開發經驗，具帶領 5 人以上團隊經驗
-
精通 C#／.NET 技術堆疊
-
熟悉 MS SQL Server，具資料庫設計與優化能力
-
熟悉大型系統架構設計、SOA、微服務整合
-
能獨立推動專案，具跨部門溝通與技術決策能力
-
具備高度責任感、主動提出問題與解決方案
加分條件

有大型網路平台、金流／帳務／高流量系統經驗
-
具備網路架構、系統效能調校、快取策略規劃經驗
-
有雲端架構治理、事件管理、SRE 概念
