Job Description
(1)負責機台設備新開發機種之規劃、執行、設計及發展進度掌控,確保專案品質。
(2)協調與管理專案，整合內部資源以滿足專案時程、品質及客戶要求。
(3)控制專案成本、管理BOM正確性及工時評估與修訂。
(4)協調與整合跨部門專案資源，以確保開發時程、交期、品質及產品問題解決。
(5)協助情報蒐集、分析競爭狀況，協助主管研擬因應策略。
(6)蒐集市場上相關產品、競爭者資訊，以及客戶需求，做為未來產品規劃之參考依據。
(7)單位管理責任及人員訓練工作
(8)預算編製、執行與異常管理
(9)跨部門協商及整合
Requirements
(1) 大學畢業，電機電子工程相關、工業設計相關、光電工程相關科系；碩士優先。
(2) 具五年以上PM經驗。
(3) 紮實的組織能力及關注細節和計劃的能力
(4) 具部門統合協調能力，自信執行力強能有效推動執行，並重視及關懷團隊，能帶動團隊成長。
(5) 年齡：低於45歲為佳
(6) 英文說聽讀寫流利者(約多益850以上水平)
