【職位目標】
作為電商營運專員，你將在主管的帶領與策略指導下，協助執行品牌官網與主要電商通路的日常營運。你將成為團隊不可或缺的執行樞紐，透過細心的賣場維護、活動跟進與基礎數據追蹤，與團隊共同推動業績成長。
【工作內容與職責】
- 負責官網與外部平台（如 Momo、蝦皮等）的商品上下架作業
- 配合年度計畫與大檔期（如雙 11、品牌日），協助執行活動檔期設定、價格維護與促銷方案上線
- 作為與外部平台窗口的溝通橋樑，跟進日常營運事務與資源洽談
- 定期查看後台數據（如流量、銷量等），並產出基礎銷售報表，供團隊作為優化參考
- 配合行銷團隊與商品團隊，確保各平台資訊與庫存同步更新

Requirements
- 具備 2 年以上電商營運經驗，擁有品牌端或電商代操公司實務經驗尤佳
- 熟悉至少一種電商平台後台操作（如 Shopline、Momo、蝦皮賣家中心）
- 具基本的 Excel 數據整理與邏輯分析能力，細心且能應對多重任務
- 個人特質： 具備良好的溝通協調能力，對電商產業有高度熱忱
【加分條件】
- 具備基礎修圖能力（如熟悉 Photoshop 等），能獨立完成商品圖文微調
