我們正在協助一個 內容多元、具規模的電商平台團隊，尋找一位 廣告投手 Digital Ads Specialist
這個角色將透過 精準投放與數據優化，為多品類商品導入流量、提升轉換表現，
同時與跨部門緊密合作，讓每個檔期與行銷活動更有影響力 🚀
🎯 你將參與的任務
📌 操作 LINE、Meta、Google Ads 等數位媒體平台，規劃並執行廣宣策略
📌 撰寫與審核廣告文案、追蹤素材規格與進稿流程
📌 每週／每季彙整數據，進行成效分析與提出優化建議
📌 協助跨部門行銷提案與時程溝通，確保專案推進順利
📌 不需假日 oncall !!!
Requirements
✨ 我們希望你具備
✔ 熟悉 GA4、Meta Business、Excel/PowerPoint 等工具
✔ 至少 2 年以上廣告操作經驗，擅長以轉換為導向的投放策略
✔ 能獨立分析數據，並提出符合商業目標的優化建議
✔ 具備商品行銷文案撰寫力，能針對不同產品定位精準溝通
✔ 細心有條理，能同時管理多樣商品與檔期規劃資訊
✔ 善於跨部門協作，積極溝通並推進專案目標
🌟 加分項目
➕ 熟悉 LINE OA／LINE Ads Platform 操作
➕ 有大型電商平台或多品類廣告操作經驗
➕ 具備行銷活動結案分析、A/B 測試經驗
