Job Description
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Design Team Leader with a strong sense of ownership to create exceptional user experiences for world-class AI & AR beauty technology. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI/UX skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and prototypes, transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Job Description:
- App and Web UI design
- Project management
- UX Design and Research
- Competitive analysis and trend monitoring
- Conduct brainstorming sessions and pitch ideas cross-functionally, involving PM, RD, and executive levels
- Apply Design Thinking and User-centered design methodology within the team
- Mentor and provide design coaching
Requirements
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, ProtoPie, or any other prototyping tools
- 10+ years of solid UX/UI design experience
- 3+ years of UX/UI team management
- Excellent English skills
