Job Description
- Responsible for TSMC P&L, leading the team to achieve the annual P&L targets set by the company.
- Closely monitor market intelligence and gain a deep understanding of TSMC’s roadmap in Taiwan and globally. Develop a 3-5 year business strategy for TSMC and identify growth initiatives for specific years.
- Act as a catalyst in building strategic partnerships with key TSMC stakeholders to improve market share and develop new applications.
- Lead strategic offering launches and drive sustainable business growth through collaboration with the application team.
- Continuously develop the service business by creating competitive service offerings, driving top-line growth, improving service revenue/margin, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a highly motivated and competent TSMC team to successfully execute the strategy.
Requirements
- Key account management and business development experiences with TSMC.
- Sales team people management experiences
