【Responsibilities】

• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Integrate data storage solutions effectively.
• Perform performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability enhancements, and automation.
• Collaborate closely with the design and product teams to understand end-user requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Implement new software features based on user requirements.

【Required Skills】

• Fluent English speaking ability
• Hands on experience with FastAPI, Tornado or other Python frameworks
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Proficiency with ORM libraries
• Proficiency with relational databases, Redis, and Elastic Search
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding of coroutine, threading, and multi-process architecture
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
• Experience in working in Scrum and Agile Teams

Preferred

• Good understanding of asynchronous frameworks
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks
• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions or similar tools
