Job Description
企業募款目前約平台全年營收的一半，對於推動組織永續發展具有關鍵影響。因此，我們正在尋找一位具備策略思維與執行力的夥伴，一同拓展與深化企業合作關係。
此職位的主要任務包括：
- 維繫既有企業合作夥伴關係，例如撰寫成果報告、規劃與執行企業志工活動等
- 同時，也期待你能積極拓展新的企業合作機會、或是提高企業定期定額的小額捐款，為組織創造穩定且具成長性的財務來源。
在這個角色中，你將有機會與台積電、Google、ASML、研華、應材、雀巢等頂尖企業合作，累積寶貴的實戰經驗，讓均一的教育影響力，轉化為推動社會改變與組織永續經營的重要推手。
Requirements
【工作內容】
1. 企業合作開發與關係發展（Account Management）
1-1. 提案預備
- 企業客戶狀況查證（Due Diligence），含企業永續報告書、狀況調查
- 與內部跨組合作，了解自家教育平台、ShareClass 等產品最新發展
- 透過深入了解企業 ESG 理念，提出符合企業永續目標的合作構想
- 掌握均一與其他教育非營利組織合作概況
1-2. 提案與執行
- 找出企業需求與我們永續目標的交集，提出有力的募款提案
- 進行成本效益評估，提出成效預估。
- 透過跨部門協作執行企業合作專案，包含學習內容製作、推廣以及優化
1-3. 企業關係維護
- 透過合作過程中的互動，維持合作企業信心度，建立長期合作及互信關係
- 定期經營企業關係，召集會議，並回報專案進度
- 主動處理專案執行事項，隨時掌握進度與新機會
- 撰寫結案報告，清晰說明合作成效與均一的影響力
2. 內部跨組溝通協調、進度掌握
- 協助建立內部募款原則與策略
- 參與新型態募款型態討論
【薪資待遇】
底薪*13個月
Junior 底薪區間 45K+
Senior 底薪區間 60K~100K
【工作模式】
- 表定上班時間為週一至週五 10:00 - 19:00，在信任夥伴當責的前提下，可自由規劃彈性工時。
- 一週進Office 2天 >> 根據專案及會議需求與團隊協調
