Europe Sales Account Manager for Automotive Market - Tier 1 Fabless Design House - CH

Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the semiconductor industry, including but not limited to OEMs, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Engineering, to support customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or any other client-facing role, at any technology firm is a must.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Experience with Automotive car maker or Tier - 1 Company is a must.
  • Fluent in one of the European language is a BIG PLUS. e.g. German/French.
  • Ability for contracts handling is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical audiences.
