We are seeking an individual who embodies the dual roles of Product & Project Manager.

In this dynamic position, you will work closely with clients, product designers, and engineers, integrating seamlessly into an autonomous, self-managed team. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements from clients, creating detailed documentation, monitoring team velocity and progress, and communicating project status to stakeholders. Alongside the product designer, you will represent the client's vision within the project team, ensuring the development aligns with their expectations. Additionally, you will facilitate SCRUM rituals and maintain comprehensive documentation in our knowledge management system.

• Excellent English and proficient Chinese communication skills are a must.
• Experience working with agile teams using the SCRUM framework.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and translate these into clear business requirements for the project team.
• Excellent documentation and note-taking skills to ensure all discussions in client and project meetings are recorded and converted into actionable items for the team.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of the SCRUM framework.
