• 預防性地防範人力資源/員工績效 (HR/ER) 風險,以實現短期/中期/長期員工績效 (ER) 目標,並促進建立基於信任的合作勞資關係
• 提前審查人力資源/員工績效 (HR/ER) 風險並制定改進計劃
• 檢討勞動法合規情況並提出應對法律風險的措施
• 持續監控管理/勞動環境變化以及員工需求變化,並制定因應措施
• 擁有商科、人力資源、法律或相關領域的學士學位,並擁有至少10-12年工作經驗。
• 8年以上人力資源領域經驗,5年以上ER管理規劃及現場ER管理經驗。
• 了解勞動法。全面了解ER管理和衝突管理。
• 能夠基於對組織流程的理解,預防並應對ER風險。
