主導關鍵技術決策（架構、技術選型、系統拆分、效能策略）
與 Product / Frontend / Data / DevOps 深度協作，讓想法真正落地
Requirements
【任職條件】
- 3 年以上後端開發經驗

至少精通一種語言：Golang / Python / Java（能理解語言背後的設計哲學）

對 系統設計、API 設計、資料庫設計 有實戰經驗

熟悉常見後端架構與概念：

Microservices / Monolith 拆分

RESTful / gRPC

SQL / NoSQL

Cache、Message Queue

能夠清楚表達技術觀點，並影響他人決策
