• Create a business plan with both short-term and long-term objectives that align with the company’s strategy. 
• Lead and manage teams to achieve these strategic milestones. 
• Quickly adapt sales strategies in response to market changes to increase the company’s market share. 
• Stay informed about industry, environmental, customer, technological, and product trends to improve team competitiveness.
• Oversee business issues during new product development to meet strategic, performance, and profitability goals.
• Assist teams with internal and external communication, coordination, problem-solving, and problem prevention to meet customer needs.
• Identify and pursue domestic business opportunities. 
• Enhance customer service quality and build strong customer relationships. 
• Lead domestic sales personnel to achieve established performance goals, ensuring both customer retention and the acquisition of new clients. 
• Provide guidance and training to subordinates to improve their professional knowledge and skills.

• More than 10 years of relevant business development experience.
• Sales or business development team leading experience.
• Experience in B2B technology industry development.
  
• Fluent English level.
• Experience in the SaaS or automotive application product industry is preferred
• Experience in startups is preferred
