Customer Support Engineer - European Semiconductor Instrument & Equipment Vendor - CWH

- Responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of X-Ray and Morphology equipment in Taiwan.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues, coordinating appropriate actions directly with the Taiwan team and customers.

- Always adhere to company and customer safety, cleanliness, and work protocol policies to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

- Ensure understanding and meeting of company's expected work guidelines and standards. Perform preventive maintenance on installation bases according to factory guidelines.

- Provide customer service support and basic training after installation.

- Handle general administrative tasks and report submissions to the cloud system.

- Responsible for handling the shipment of appropriate equipment and spare parts according to internal procedures.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering

- Preferably with more than 3 years of experience in analytical instruments and semiconductor equipment.

- Ability to read English electronic circuit diagrams and technical manuals is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office.

- Capable of independently handling customer computer/network skills, analyzing logs, and summarizing data.

- Ability to work well in a team, perform well under pressure, and follow leadership.

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
