🔍 About the Role

As a (Senior) Data Engineer, you will work closely with Data Scientists and Analysts across teams to build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines on a cloud-first architecture. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across departments, identifying performance gaps, and ensuring our data systems remain scalable, reliable, and observable.

💼 Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure on AWS

• Collaborate with analysts and scientists to ensure timely, accurate data delivery

• Design and improve ETL/ELT workflows using tools like Apache Airflow

• Set up monitoring and observability for data integrity and system performance

• Propose and implement improvements to our current data platform

✅ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field

• Strong experience in cloud services, preferably AWS (S3, Redshift, EC2, RDS)

• Proficiency in SQL and a scripting language (Python preferred)

• Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows

• Solid understanding of data warehousing, schema design, and performance tuning

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

• Comfortable working with cross-regional teams and fluent in English

🎯 Nice to Have

• Experience with Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools

• Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

• Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile development practices
