我們是一家深耕 AI 演算法與智慧裝置應用 的科技團隊，長期與國際客戶合作，產品需在多族群、多裝置與不同使用場景下維持高度科學性與穩定性。公司正處於品質體系升級關鍵期，期待一位能「從制度、數據到組織」全面掌握品質的技術主管，共同打造可被全球市場信任的演算法產品。
【工作內容】
主導模型架構選型、技術創新、產學合作與專利布局
推動 LLM/SLM、Edge AI/TinyML、時序模型、訊號處理、多模態融合落地
監督健康/運動生理相關演算法研發（睡眠、壓力、HRV、能量模型、姿態/動作判定、AI Coach 等）
建立 Edge + Server 混合推論架構（MCU/DSP/NPU/Cloud inference）並確保量產可行
建立公司級 Algorithm Validation Framework 與 QC pipeline
-
golden dataset / regression test / 多設備一致性 / RWD robustness
建置 Data Ops：資料採集策略、標註體系、訊號品質（SQI）與 Data Platform/MLOps
領導 AI/ML、Data、Signal Processing、QC、Lab、Edge Deployment 團隊，持續招募與培育人才
支援大型客戶 POC/Pilot、Joint Development、技術簡報與驗收合作（含晶片原廠/醫療單位）
Requirements
- 相關領域碩士/博士佳（資工/電機/AI/醫工/應數/統計/生物資訊等）
- 10+ 年 AI/ML 或訊號處理/生醫演算法研發經驗
- 3–5+ 年團隊管理經驗，能帶領跨域團隊協作與成長
- 具備至少兩項領域實戰：Wearable / Healthtech / Edge AI / Sensor AI / 生醫演算法
- 有演算法產品化、量產落地經驗（Device + App + Server/Cloud）
- 能以簡報向高層/客戶清晰表達技術價值，並在壓力下交付結果
- 有臨床試驗、醫療認證（TFDA/FDA/CE、ISO 13485）或國際客戶專案經驗尤佳
