這個職位主要戰場在蝦皮、momo 等第三方平台，從商品上架、頁面優化、檔期規劃到活動執行都由你負責，同時需要擬定商品組合、促銷策略與價格規劃,並與平台窗口洽談曝光資源。站內廣告操作（關鍵字、加購、推薦位）也是核心工作範圍,並需持續追蹤銷售、訂單結構與庫存周轉數據,提出調整方案。KOL、網紅、直播主、團購主的合作洽談同樣在守備範圍內,找能自己扛起工作,不需要手把手帶,相對地發揮空間也大
Requirements
必要條件
- 2 年以上電商實戰經驗，熟悉蝦皮或 momo 後台實際操作
- 具備商品上架、頁面優化、檔期規劃與活動執行經驗
- 熟悉站內廣告操作模式（關鍵字、加購、推薦位等）
- 具數據追蹤與分析能力（銷售表現、訂單結構、庫存周轉）
- 具備 Google Analytics 操作能力，有認證尤佳
加分條件
- 有 KOL、網紅、直播主或團購主合作經驗
- 具備食品／零售電商產業背景
- 熟悉平台談判技巧，能爭取曝光位置與資源
人格特質
- 自主性高，能在主管暫缺、資源有限的情況下獨立作業
- 溝通協調能力好，能與平台窗口談判爭取資源
- 對數據敏感，能將分析結果轉化為具體優化行動
- 能接受快節奏、機動調整的工作步調
