📌 職務內容
Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis
- 與使用者進行需求訪談並分析 business requirements
- 協助整理需求邏輯與提出流程優化建議
- 建立分析模型與功能流程
- 定義 test scenarios 並協助 UAT 測試
- 確保系統開發成果符合業務需求
Solution Design & Project Coordination
- 參與 solution planning 與 system architecture discussion
- 與 developer 討論 implementation feasibility 與 cost estimation
- 協助 business unit 與 technical team 溝通
- 協助 system rollout 與 transition planning
Prioritization & Functional Support
- 評估需求優先順序與工時安排
- 協調跨部門需求與資源配置
- 提供 business user functional support
- 撰寫文件、流程圖與 training materials
Information Security
- 配合資訊安全政策與 access control 管理
- 協助 risk assessment 與 BCP 相關作業
✅ 必備條件
- 5 年以上保險相關產業經驗（壽險 / 產險 / 保經代）
- 3 年以上保險系統流程、Business Analysis 或 Data Analysis 經驗
- 熟悉需求訪談、流程分析與 UAT
- 熟悉 MS Office（Excel / PowerPoint / Visio / Project）
- 熟悉 UML / Use Case
- 具獨立作業與跨部門協作能力
- 英文具備讀寫與基本口說能力
