Responsibilities

• Design and build core backend systems, including subscription, billing, and payment infrastructure
• Develop scalable APIs and backend architectures
• Integrate third-party payment services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver features quickly
• Leverage AI tools and AI agents to automate workflows and improve engineering productivity
• Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

Tech Stack

• Backend: Node.js / Python / Go
• Architecture: Microservices, RESTful APIs
• Tools: ChatGPT, Copilot, AI Agents
• Infrastructure (plus): CI/CD, Kubernetes

Requirements

• 3–8 years of backend or full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Go, etc.)
• Strong experience in API design and modern web architecture
• Hands-on experience integrating payment systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
• Familiarity with using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) in development workflows
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Good English communication skills (daily collaboration with global teams)

Nice to Have

• Experience with subscription or billing systems
• B2B SaaS product experience
• Platform engineering or DevOps experience (CI/CD, Kubernetes)
• Experience building automation workflows using AI agents
• Experience building systems from 0 to 1

Interview Process:

The interview process consists of 3-4 stages, including coding, system design, and behavioral interviews
