- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers, fostering both technical growth and business impact.
- Design and optimize algorithms to intelligently match delivery orders with transportation resources for maximum efficiency.
- Define the ML strategy and roadmap, balancing innovation, technical feasibility, and time-to-market.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate real-world needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Continuously monitor, measure, and enhance system performance to ensure high success rates, low latency, and optimal resource utilization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of applied machine learning experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record in real-time computing, dynamic resource allocation, or intelligent logistics systems.
- Strong expertise in algorithm design, data modeling, and deploying large-scale production ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python and leading ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical work and business value.
