Job Description

工作內容：
- 優化既有系統架構與維運流程，提升可維護性與擴展性
- 建置與維護 CI/CD、自動化部署與監控工具，提升開發與交付效率
- 優化資料庫效能，進行容量預估與成本控管
- 建置 DevOps / DevSecOps 系統流程與研發相關工具
- 研發大數據資料處理、相關應用系統，建立營運活動機制
- 定期參與資安演練、災難復原模擬（DR）、系統韌性測試
- 跨部門溝通協作，確保專案目標與技術方案一致
- 若具備經驗，也將參與新服務上線前的架構設計與風險評估
Requirements
必備條件：
- 具備 CI/CD 工具與流程設計（如 Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD 等）、容器與容器編排（Kubernetes, GKE, Helm 等）、雲端平台經驗（GCP/AWS/Azure，尤以 GKE 加分）等 DevOps / DevSecOps 實務經驗
- DBA 經驗（如 MS-SQL、BigQuery、Kafka、Redis 等）、效能調校與節費規劃
- 基本程式開發能力（如 Python、Go、Shell Script 等）
加分條件：
- 曾任職於遊戲博弈業相關公司，熟悉遊戲產業系統流量特性與高併發處理
- 或具備在網路服務直接影響業績的產業經驗，如：電商／網銀／直播／SaaS平台
- 有遊戲後端系統的開發或維運經驗（請提供過往遊戲作品或相關專案連結）
