Job Description
職務內容
1. 遊戲市場發行的策略擬定，以及年度營銷策略規劃與遊戲上市專案控管與執行
2. 策略執行的目標設定與資源管理，帶領規劃、執行並以量化方式產出活動成效之數據分析與改善方案
3. 專案團隊的建立與資源管理
4. 跨單位的合作專案的溝通與資源管理
5. 帶領團隊數據分析與遊戲生態的分析，針對遊戲產品進行數據分析、遊戲內外生態觀察與用戶動向掌握
Requirements
1. 5年以上遊戲產品營運經驗
2. 需具備計劃與組織、數字分析、溝通及協調、決策與危機處理能力
3. 個性積極、喜挑戰，具有新創意與想法
4. 具消費性產品、零售業、電子商務產業等經歷者佳
5. 對遊戲產業有興趣者
6. 具管理經驗者尤佳
