工作內容（What You’ll Do）

使用 Golang 開發與維運高併發伺服器應用，支援多人在線即時互動系統

與前端與後台團隊協作，制定通訊協定（WebSocket/gRPC）

優化現有伺服器邏輯，提升效能、可靠性與資源管理

解決高併發/多線程環境下的效能瓶頸，並參與整體架構優化

協助設計與推進遊戲平台伺服器端架構與相關技術決策

Golang 為新擴編技術線，將會是核心 Golang 工程師

Requirements
💡 職缺需求條件（Who You Are）
✔ 3年以上 Golang or C++ 開發經驗，熟悉高併發、多線程處理
✔ 熟悉 WebSocket / HTTP / gRPC 協定開發
✔ 熟悉 Linux 作業系統、Git 工作流程
✔ 熟悉資料庫 TiDB / Oracle
✔ 有 遊戲伺服器開發或線上娛樂平台相關經驗
✔ 具備良好溝通協作能力與責任感，能主動解決問題
🚀 加分項（Bonus）

英文能力佳可加分（與菲律賓工程師協作）

有多人在線網遊架構、平台式伺服器設計經驗
