職位亮點
✅ 主導多端產品體驗優化：負責 PC、WAP 與 APP (iOS/Android) 的全平台畫面流程規劃，從使用者角度出發，不斷迭代出極致的操作體驗。
✅ 核心後台管理系統規劃：除了面向用戶的功能，您亦將負責高效率管理後台的細節規劃，賦能管理團隊達成營運目標。
✅ 跨部門資源整合與調度：扮演組織核心，協調跨部門資源並有效控管專案時程，確保在高品質的前提下精準達成里程碑。
✅ 深度參與產品全生命週期：從需求洞察、PRD 撰寫、開發追蹤到上線優化，您將擁有完整的產品主導權與執行空間。
職位職責
🔹 專案規劃與進度追蹤：負責專案需求的內容規劃，透過明確的 WBS 與時程表，監控開發進度並確保專案目標達成。
🔹 需求整合與系統對接：承接公司策略目標，與利害關係人確認需求，並確保新功能與現有線上系統完美整合。
🔹 多端畫面與流程規劃：設計並優化 PC、Web 及 App 的使用路徑，確保跨平台的一致性與易用性。
🔹 後台功能細節定義：詳盡規劃後台設置需求，使營運管理人員能夠直觀且高效地操作各項系統功能。
🔹 跨部門溝通與說明：利用 Wireframe、流程圖等工具清晰表達需求細節，與工程、測試及設計團隊保持高效溝通。
🔹 產出高品質技術文件：撰寫嚴謹的 PRD (產品需求文件)，定義功能邏輯與驗收標準，作為開發與測試的唯一準據。
職位要求
✔ 三年以上軟體產業產品規劃經驗。
✔ 具備實際撰寫軟體 PRD 之經歷，能清晰產出功能規格說明與流程邏輯。
✔ 熟悉軟體開發生命週期 (SDLC) 與工作流程。
✔ 具備優秀的邏輯分析與市場趨勢洞察能力，能根據競爭環境提出優化方案。
✔ 卓越的溝通協調力，能有效地聆聽他人觀點並精準表達產品思維。
加分條件：
- 具備電商、影音直播或商務應用的專業知識。
- 熟悉 iOS / Android App 以及 Web 的官方設計指南 (Design Guidelines)。
