職位職責
🔹 客戶需求釐清與系統化：與客戶深入溝通，精準釐清其需求，並將其系統化，確保內部團隊能有效理解。
🔹 需求文件制訂與維護：協助制訂需求文件、產品流程、功能規格等，確保專案開發有清晰的依據。
🔹 市場研究與產品建議：進行市場調研與競品分析，掌握市場動向，並據此提供產品優化與新功能開發建議。
🔹 異常狀況排除與回報：針對客戶端遇到的異常狀況進行協助排除，並進行詳細紀錄與回報。
🔹 跨部門溝通協調：作為核心溝通者，與內部研發、業務團隊及外部客戶進行有效協調，確保專案順利進行。
職位要求
✔ 具備軟體專案管理經驗者為佳。
✔ 具備資訊工程背景者為佳。
✔ 具備英文溝通能力，能進行商務會談。
✔ 主動積極、邏輯清晰，能將複雜資訊系統化。
✔ 具備高抗壓性，能應對專案開發中的挑戰。
✔ 具備包網或平台相關經驗者，將是此職位的強力加分項。
