職位職責
🔹 業務與客戶支援核心：協助處理來電客戶的交易查詢、開戶諮詢及帳戶相關問題，提供高品質的客戶服務體驗
🔹 企業開戶流程管理：與業務發展專員 (BDS) 密切合作，協助企業客戶處理開戶文件，追蹤進度並確保檔案歸檔符合內外部政策
🔹 銷售數據與報表編製：編製業務績效報告及相關數據分析，支援銷售團隊達成業績目標，並協助主管處理銷售相關任務
🔹 合規與行政運營：確保所有業務操作符合銀行/券商政策與法規，及時回應內部稽核與法遵部門（如 Audit, Compliance）的查詢
職位要求
✔ 大學以上學歷，具備金融、商管相關背景，或對金融科技產業有高度熱忱
✔ 具備良好的英文讀寫能力（需閱讀英文文件及與跨國團隊溝通）
✔ 細心且具備優秀的組織能力，能妥善處理繁瑣的開戶文件、合規審查與資料歸檔
✔ 具備良好的溝通技巧與團隊合作精神，能主動支援業務團隊解決問題
加分條件： 具備證券商、銀行後台或金融科技（Fintech）相關工作經驗者優先 熟悉 KYC/AML 流程或企業開戶作業者加分
