【Responsibilities】

1. Build Features from Concept to Production

• Drive feature development end to end, starting from clear interface and data contracts.

• Translate product requirements into well-structured frontend flows, backend logic, and reliable data models.

• Apply AI-assisted development tools to speed up implementation while keeping the codebase readable and consistent.

2. Explore Problems, Validate Quickly

• Work closely with PMs and stakeholders to understand real operational challenges in QSR environments.

• Turn rough ideas into working prototypes to test assumptions early and inform product direction.

• Use AI thoughtfully—whether to accelerate development or to support product features—only when it clearly improves outcomes for users or operations.

3. Ship with Stability in Mind

• Take responsibility for the quality and robustness of the features you deliver.

• Design safeguards such as validation logic, monitoring, and error handling to ensure predictable behavior in production.

• Continuously refine systems to remain dependable, secure, and maintainable as usage grows and edge cases emerge.

【Requirements】

• Backend Expertise: 5+ years of experience engineering Python-based services within containerized environments (Docker/K8s).
• Operational Ownership: 2+ years of experience managing production-grade systems, including on-call rotations, incident mitigation, and RCA.
• Modern Workflow: Hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted development (LLMs, coding assistants) as part of your daily engineering habit.
• Quality & Observability: Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing suites (Unit, E2E, and Integration). Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and system monitoring tools.
• Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to thrive in an agile, squad-based structure
