職位職責
🔹 客戶系統支援與維護：負責處理廠商/客戶端的系統異常狀況，進行簡易測試與問題排除，並提供產品設定服務。
🔹 產品知識傳遞與說明：熟悉線上遊戲 (Web/App) 或 B2B 系統架構，能向廠商/客戶清晰地說明產品功能與服務。
🔹 需求管理與文件化：精準記錄廠商/客戶的需求內容，並具備整合能力將其轉化為清晰、結構化的需求文件。
🔹 跨部門溝通協調：作為內部團隊與廠商/客戶之間的橋樑，有效溝通協調，確保專案順利推進。
🔹 專案時程掌握：具備良好的項目管理技能，能有效掌握工作時程，確保任務高效完成。
職位要求
✔ 3 年以上軟體 PM 相關經驗。
✔ 具備良好的溝通能力，能有效分析並解決異常問題。
✔ 具備強烈企圖心、學習心與絕佳行動力，樂觀積極且喜愛團隊合作。
✔ 邏輯佳且具備持續改進的思維。
✔ 英文讀寫能力良好，便於處理對外溝通協調。
✔ 具備同業經驗者優先錄取。
✔ 具 IT 或資訊工程背景者尤佳。
✔ 具備服務熱忱，能與人良好互動。
