Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
你將加入我們的核心演算法研發團隊，協助處理大規模數位孿生場域中的結構建模、路徑規劃與優化策略等問題。這些任務通常涉及從 3D 環境資料中建構抽象模型、分析多點供需連結、並轉化為高效可擴展的演算法流程。
你將負責設計與優化各類演算法，解決包含障礙避讓、轉彎限制、資源分配等複雜條件下的排程與路徑問題，讓實體邏輯能被有效自動化並整合進我們的推理與生成流程。
▌日常職責（取決於實際具體項目）：
- 分析實務問題，建立合適的演算法模型（如圖論、網格、路徑規劃、或客製化的規則系統）
- 撰寫與維護演算法模組（Python 為主），確保正確性與效能
- 使用 GPU 加速工具（如 CUDA、PyTorch）優化大型資料處理或模擬效能
- 協同團隊進行技術規格討論與跨部門溝通，落實演算法設計
- 協助測試與驗證不同策略的表現，提出改進建議
Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
▌必備技能：
- 熟悉 Python 程式語言，具備良好程式設計與除錯能力
- 熟悉基礎演算法與常見資料結構，能應用於問題建模與解法設計
- 具備使用 CUDA、PyTorch 或其他 GPU 加速框架進行平行運算或模型加速的實作經驗
- 具備良好的學習意願與溝通協作能力
- 具備 2 年以上相關領域經驗
▌加分技能 (如果你決定加入我們，無論如何你都會學到這些技能）
- 能獨立將實務問題抽象為圖論、幾何、排程或優化模型，並設計相應演算法解決方案
- 熟悉圖論結構分析、3D 路徑規劃、或空間優化相關技術
- 具備中大型系統中演算法模組的設計與維護經驗
- 熟悉深度學習或機器學習
- 熟悉 Omniverse
