公司致力打造新一代 IoT 數據平台，產品已於多元場景中長期運行，並持續累積大量即時資料，協助企業改善效率與營運決策。組織文化深受矽谷新創影響，講求透明、開放、快速迭代，工程團隊在公司中具高度影響力，能直接參與技術決策與產品方向。此職位將加入核心技術團隊，帶領工程師共同打造可規模化的系統架構，並面對真實高併發、高資料量的挑戰，是希望兼顧「技術深度 × 組織影響力」主管人才的理想舞台。
【工作內容】
- 管理並帶領約 4 位 Full Stack 工程師，負責任務拆解、技術決策、品質把關與流程優化
- 與 PM、Data Pipeline、IoT 相關團隊協作，確保需求落地並能轉化成穩定的技術方案
- 約 30% hands-on：參與架構設計、複雜功能開發、技術 spike、問題追蹤
- 指導團隊撰寫可維護的程式碼、設計文件、自動化測試，透過 code review 提升整體品質
- 持續優化系統效能、商務邏輯模組化、使用者體驗與可維運性
- 面對資料量成長與業務複雜性，協助評估、導入合適的技術或架構調整方案
Requirements
6–8 年以上軟體開發經驗，能帶領團隊持續交付高品質產品

熟悉 JavaScript、CSS、Node.js，具備穩健的資料結構與演算法能力

出色的 refactor 與架構思維，能讓系統更具模組化、維護性與效率

熟練 Linux、Git、Docker、SQL 基礎操作

良好的英文技術溝通與文件撰寫能力
加分條件

使用 TypeScript、React、NestJS 的實務經驗

熟悉 DDD 或 Clean Architecture

具備流程導入、工程文化建立或技術標準制定經驗

曾處理高併發、高資料量、複雜商務邏輯的架構挑戰
