**｜工作內容｜

主導核心後端系統的架構規劃、性能優化與穩定性提升

針對高併發、高可靠需求進行系統設計與長期技術路線規劃
-
與產品、設計與跨部門協作，將需求轉化為具延展性的技術方案
-
參與關鍵專案的風險拆解、技術決策與整體工程流程優化
-
擔任團隊技術角色模範，協助工程師提升程式品質與設計思維
-
面試流程將包含 Live Coding 與 System Design

职务需求
**｜需求條件｜
-
7 年以上 Backend / Software Engineer 經驗
-
熟悉 Golang or Python or Nodejs，具備撰寫高品質程式碼能力
-
擅長設計高可用、可擴充、容錯性高的後端服務
-
具備系統架構思維，能在不同 trade-off 間做出技術決策
-
能有效溝通並與跨團隊合作
-
具備 mentoring 或技術推動經驗
-
對系統性能、穩定度與架構演進具有高度熱情
