Job Description
我們是一個以產地直送、透明溯源為核心理念的台灣食品品牌，正處於組織擴編階段——這個職位是把原本集中在行銷主管身上的產品開發職能獨立出來，讓主管能釋出時間投入新的嘗試。
角色定位類似產品經理（PM），只是通路從線下換成線上：從觀察市場機會開始，開發新品、供應商與合作品牌，規劃電商商品策略、品類佈局與價格定位，推動品牌聯名、異業提案等合作專案落地。你要能一路想到商品主軸、文案方向、拍攝呈現，並貫穿採購、生管溝通、打樣、試吃到產品上架的全流程，同時運用電商平台工具分析數據（毛利、電商目標達成率等）支持產品決策。
Requirements
必要條件
- 2 年以上相關經驗，大學以上學歷
- 態度積極、追求更好，具獨立思考與主動尋求解答的能力
- 良好工作排程管理與專案控管能力，能有效率推動進度
- 良好溝通協調、跨部門運作能力
- 邏輯思維清晰，對數據具敏感度，能透過追蹤、分析與歸納持續迭代優化
- 能善用 AI 工具（如 Claude、Gemini 等）達成工作目標
加分條件
- 具備開店平台、ERP 系統、行銷自動化工具、CDP 系統等操作經驗
- FMCG 背景尤佳；若非 FMCG，產品組合較精簡、公司規模較小，或冷藏冷凍相關產品經驗亦可考慮
人格特質
- 舉一反三，能從方向感自行發展出執行細節，不需要主管把步驟講清楚
- 能適應小型組織類似新創界線模糊、職能需要自己協調的協作型態
- 能針對提案背後的因果關係做深度數據驗證，而非停留在表面觀察就下結論
