Job Description
【Responsibilities】
- 主導並持續演進以資料與平台為核心的系統架構，支援高流量即時服務與分析型工作負載。
- 參與下一階段系統架構的設計與落地，聚焦於可擴展性、穩定性與維運效率。
- 與後端、平台及產品工程師密切合作，將需求轉化為可在正式環境長期運行的解決方案
- 透過改善系統可觀測性、穩定度與可維護性，降低營運成本並提升工程團隊效率。
- 參與跨層級的技術討論與關鍵架構決策，影響整體平台技術走向。
Requirements
【Requirements】
- 熟悉伺服器環境操作（Linux & Windows），能透過指令列工具管理與排查系統問題。
- 具備系統觀測相關經驗，包含指標、紀錄、追蹤與告警機制的設計或實務操作。(Prometheus, Grafana, Consul, Elasticsearch, Loki, etc.)
- 對 IaC 工具有實務經驗與良好理解。(Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
- 曾在正式環境中運行容器化服務，並了解部署與維運上的取捨與挑戰。
- 熟悉 CI/CD 流程，能參與設計或優化發布與交付機制。
- 具備腳本撰寫能力，並熟悉至少一種後端導向的程式語言，用於工具或服務開發。(Python, Ruby, Golang, etc.)
- 了解網路基本原理（如流量行為、延遲、基礎排錯方式）。
- 對資料儲存與存取模式有基礎理解（如持久化、快取、存取效能）。
加分條件：
擁有K8s實務經驗

曾設計或維運大規模、分散式系統。

具備協調或操作服務編排與雲端執行環境的經驗。

樂於分享技術觀點、改善工具流程，並提升整體工程品質。
