职缺描述
📍工作內容：
- 日常帳務與簿記：費用報帳、憑證核對、帳務登錄、應付帳款
- 投資追蹤與報告：美股、基金、私募投資、海外資產績效整理及P&L彙整
- 審計與稅務支援：提供審計資料，協助美國及台灣稅務申報
- 薪資與人事行政：薪資處理、工時追蹤、人事資料管理
- 財務報表與帳務核對：銀行、保險、物業、房地產交易帳務
- 文件與資料管理：建立與更新投資追蹤表單，有系統地整理、文件歸檔
- 參與策略會議並提供建議
- 完成主管交辦的其他行政或專案任務
📍期待你有以下特質和經驗：
- 商管／會計／財金相關科系畢業
- 具會計知識與熟悉 Excel操作
- 對國際市場、投資資產有基本認識或高度學習意願
- 細心負責、重視保密性、能獨立處理例行事務
